1. Acceptance
By using Nomina you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Nomina for illegal, harmful or abusive purposes, or to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant Nomina a limited license to process it solely to operate the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription.
7. Liability
Nomina is provided 'as is'. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
